Update.....5:50pm 11.08.2019

Got a call from OR a few minutes ago. The removal of Emily’s existing lungs is being a slow and arduous surgery, as expected. She is on heart/lung bypass also as expected. It seemed that things are going as projected......a second surgical team will be working on the donors lungs...we are deeply grateful for their loving kindness of donating their organs that enables Emily and others a chance to continue to live. No further time estimate now......more later as we learn ....keith & peg.
